Scout.com has released their updated recruiting rankings and unlike ESPNs, NC State doesn’t fall all that ar down. The Wolfpack who have signed PG Tyler Lewis (one of the nations best floor generals), SG Rodney Purvis and SF TJ Warren, are now ranked #5 in the nation, falling two spots form #3. In ESPNs rankings NC State is at #7 with UNC moving to #5. I’m tired of having to call out people for giving UNC benefit of the doubt in a number of differnt categories, but I have to do it again. UNC has only one player better than NC State’s lowest ranked recruit in 2012. They do not have a guy in the top 25 and have two (of their 4) guys not even in the top 50. Anyways, back to the Scout rankings. NC State is right about where they should be when you look at the other team’s recruits. Ahead of them are Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky and Baylor. Want to see for yourself? Take a look. What are your thoughts? Which ranking is more fair and why?
