True Freshman Kyle Bambard was the #9 kicker nationally coming out of high school according to Chris Kohl, and ESPN ranked him 12th, but he is far from a cookie cutter place kicker.  He was also an All-State quarterback in Michigan at Walled Lake Western High School.  As a Senior, Bambard completed 112-of 188 passes (60%) for 1,721 yards with 21 touchdowns, and only 5 interceptions.  He also rushed for 1,458 yards (9.7 yards per carry) and 14 touchdowns.  Bambard signed his letter of intent back in 2014, and then waited to enroll until the Spring semester of 2015.  He is the starting Place Kicker.  Here is a story I wrote on Bambard on August 24th.
True Freshman A.J.Cole III was the #13 punter in the 2014 recruiting class according to Kohl’s kicking.  ESPN ranked him as the #19 kicker.  Cole signed his letter of intent back in 2014, and then waited to enroll until the Spring semester of 2015.  In the Kay Yow Spring Game Cole punted the ball 9 times for a 42.3 yard average.  He is the starting Punter.
True Freshman Tyler Griffiths played at Sun Valley High School in Monroe, North Carolina.  He was the #1 ranked long snapper in the state, and the #9 snapper nationally in the 2015 recruiting class according to Chris Rubio Snapping.  Griffiths trained with former Wolfpack 4-year starter Scott Thompson.  He is the starting Long Snapper.
RS Freshman Jackson Maples will be backing up Bambard at Place Kicker.  Maples was the #23 kicker in the 2014 recruiting class according to Chris Kohl, and was rated as a 5-star kicker according to his database.
RS Junior Will Stephenson will be backing up Cole at Punter.  Stephenson walked on at NC State back in 2012.
RS Junior Ben Garnett will be backing up Tyler Griffiths at Long Snapper.  Garnett walked on at NC State as a Sophomore and redshirted last year.
