NC State’s Bradley Chubb Moves to #2 On SI’s Draft Board

Sports Illustrated released their 7th Volume of their 2018 NFL Draft Board, and NC State Defensive End Bradley Chubb has moved up to #2.

They also explained that Chubb and Fitzpatrick flipped not because of bad play by the latter, but how much the formers reputation has grown with NFL Evaluators.
