Everyone Thinks Bradley Chubb is Going #3

Ok. Not everyone, but a lot of Mock Drafts that have come out recently have NC State Defensive Bradley Chubb  going 3rd overall to the Indianapolis Colts. This isn’t new, ESPN’s Todd McShay has had him in the three-spot since his first edition.
