Trea Turner Deserves to Make the 2018 National League All-Star Team
Former NC State All-American Trea Turner deserves to be a 2018 National League All-Star.
Turner currently has the highest WAR (Wins Above Replacement) of all National League shortstops.
He also is 2nd in Runs, 1st in Hits, 1st in Steals, 1st in Walks, and 3rd in OBP (On-Base Percentage).
On the defensive side of the ball, Turner ranks 5th in all of the Majors in Defensive WAR, no matter the position (2nd among NL Shortstops).
Currently, Turner ranks 4th in the National League in All-Star voting for shortstops. Click here to vote.
