4-Star CB Shyheim Battle Signs his Letter of Intent to NC State

4-Star Cornerback Shyheim Battle has officially signed his letter of intent to play football at NC State.

Battle was planning on announcing his decision this month, but he couldn’t wait until then, committing to NC State on July 25th.

Rivals ranks Battle as a 4-Star prospect, and the #12 player in the state of North Carolina.

Ultimately Battle chose to run with the Wolfpack over the Clemson Tigers.

He also held offers from schools like Tennessee, West Virginia, Ohio State, and LSU.

Battle had 34 tackles, 1 interception and 2 tackles for loss as a Senior at Rocky Mount High School.
