#1 NC State’s ACC Leaders Heading into Miami

#1 NC State is heading down to #29 Miami for a their first ACC road series tonight, but before the first pitch, here’s a look at the Wolfpack’s ACC leaders heading into the weekend.

Freshman Center Fielder Tyler McDonough ranks 4th in the ACC in Batting Average (.371).

Junior Jason Parker ranks 3rd in the ACC in ERA (0.968), and Sophomore Reid Johnston ranks 14th (2.86).

McDonough ranks 3rd in Hits (33), and Junior Shortstop Will Wilson ranks 7th (29).

Senior 1st Baseman Evan Edwards ranks 5th in Home Runs (6).

Sophomore Catcher Patrick Bailey ranks 6th in Walks (22).

Sophomore Outfielder Jonny Butler ranks 2nd in Runs (25), and Edwards ranks 7th (23).

Wilson and Bailey rank 3rd in Doubles (9).

Edwards ranks 6th in RBI’s (24) and 4th in Total Bases (54). Wilson ranks 5th in Total Bases, and Bailey ranks 9th (51).

Bailey ranks 6th in Slugging Percentage (.654), and Edwards ranks 10th (.628).

Junior pitcher Kent Klyman leads the conference in Wins (5).

Redshirt Sophomore Dalton Feeney is 2nd in Saves (4).

Parker ranks 4th in Opponent Batting Average (.198).

As a team, NC State ranks 2nd in batting average and 4th in ERA.
