NC State’s Elissa Cunane 1 of 20 Named to 2020 Lisa Leslie Award Preseason Watch List

NC State Sophomore Elissa Cunane is 1 of 20 Centers named to the 2020 Lisa Leslie Award Preseason Watch List. The Lisa Leslie Award has been awarded to the best Center in Women’s College Basketball since 2017.

Cunane averaged 13.6 points and 6.3 rebounds per game for the Wolfpack during her Freshman campaign, starting in only 11 games. She earned a spot on the All-ACC Freshmen Team, and earned a spot on the Preseason All-ACC team heading into this season.
