NC State’s Ed Scott Named USA Wrestling Athlete of the Week

Ed Scott this week, went down to Florida and took no prisoners.

The 157-pounder from Pennsylvania went 3-0 against solid competition, helping State go 2-1 (although we all know it should have been 3-0). Scott is now 13-0 and should easily move up the rankings (currently #23) after beating #8 and #15 ranked wrestlers in the Collegiate Wrestling Duals. He officially has the attention of the nation.

Oh…and he’s a freshman…
