Dave Doeren on Drake Maye’s Comments: ‘We’ll Use Anything for Bulletin Board Material’

NC State Head Football Coach Dave Doeren spoke with Damon Amendolara of CBS Radio’s “The DA Show” today and he was asked to give his thoughts on UNC Quarterback Drake Mate’s jab at NC State earlier this week.

“We’re focused on beating UCONN, and they have a game of their own. It’s a young player putting his foot in his mouth. Those things happen. And it’s nothing I’m going to pay attention to until we get ready to play them.

We’re going to use every advantage we can get. So if there’s something out there that’ll inspire my team, I’m going to tap into that. On the flip side, we’re going to try to not be a part of that. It’s not our job to give our opponents bulletin board material.” (DA Show)
