Jericole Hellems and Devon Daniels Drafted in 2022 G-League Draft

The NBA G-League held its 2022 Draft on Saturday, and 2 former NC State players were drafted.

Jericole Hellems was taken 5th overall by the Oklahoma City Blue.

Since leaving NC State, Hellems played in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, worked out for a bunch of NBA teams, played in the Tampa Bay Pro Combine and the NTX Combine, and played in the NBA Summer League with the Boston Celtics this Summer.

Hellems then played one game professionally in Greece earlier this month.

Devon Daniels was taken 20th by the Raptors 905.

Daniels played for the Orlando Magic in the NBA Summer League tbis year.
