NC State’s Joe Shimko just won the 2023 Patrick Mannelly Award, which is given out annually to the best Long Snapper in college football.

Shimko beat out Wisconsin’s Peter Bowden and Nebraska’s Marco Ortiz, who were the other two finalists.
