Former NC State All-ACC Guard Dereon Seabron Records 2nd G-League Triple-Double

Former NC State All-ACC Guard Dereon Seabron recorded his 2nd career G-League Triple-Double on Thursday night. In the Birmingham Squadron’s 125-115 win over the College Park Skyhawks, Seabron had 16 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds.

Ten months ago, Seabron recorded his 1st triple-double of 21 points, 15 assists and 10 rebounds.

Through 10 games this season with the Squadron, Seabron is averaging 18 points, 6.2 assists and 5.6 assists. As a 2-way player, Seabron can also be called up to the New Orleans Pelicans, and back in November he played 5 games with the NBA squad. In those 5 games, Seabron averaged 10.5 minutes per game, and averaged 2.8 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists.
