NC State’s Alec Makarewicz Earns a Spot on the College World Series All-Tournament Team
The 2024 College World Series has come to an end, with Tennessee defeating Texas A&M, winning their first ever National Championship in Baseball. The 2024 College World Series All-Tournament Team has been announced, and NC State Senior 3rd Baseman Alec Makarewicz earned a spot.
Makarewicz 3 for 9 in his 2 games in the World Series, with 4 RBI’s, 2 Runs, 2 Home Runs and 1 Walk.

A-Mak had one of the best offensive seasons in NC State history. He finished with the most Total Bases ever in a single season, with the 4th most Home Runs & Doubles. He earned All-American honors from ABCA/Rawlings & Baseball America.
