NC State Baseball to Play in the Jax College Baseball Classic in 2025

The NC State Baseball team will play in the 2nd Annual Jax College Baseball Classic on February 21-23, 2025. The Wolfpack will be playing in a round-robin tournament with Alabama, Coastal Carolina and Ohio St. The Classic will be played at 121 Financial Ballpark in Jacksonville, Florida.

Last year, Virginia, Auburn, Iowa and Wichita St. played in the inaugural Jax College Baseball Classic.

Alabama finished with a 33-24 record this past season, ranked 28th in the RPI. NC State is 4-2 all-time against the Crimson Tide.

Ohio St. finished with a 29-26 record this past season, ranked 67th in the RPI. NC State is 0-1 all-time against the Buckeyes.

Coastal Carolina finished with a 36-25 record this past season, ranked 34th in the RPI. The Chanticleers made it to the 2024 NCAA Tournament, going 1-2 in the Clemson Regional. NC State is 21-14 all-time against Coastal. The Wolfpack defeated the Chanticleers this past season 9-8 in a midweek game, when they were ranked 13th.
