NC State’s starting Running Back heading into the 2024 season is Duke Transfer Jordan Waters (6’0″/215).

Waters committed to NC State on December 18th.

Waters rushed for 753 yards and 12 touchdowns last season for the Blue Devils, averaging 5.3 yards per carry. In his career, he has averaged 5.0 yards per carry in 50 games at Duke.

The former 3-star prospect out of Fairmont High School (Fairmont, North Carolina), who was ranked as the 43rd player in he state of North Carolina in 2019 by ESPN, earned 3rd Team All-ACC honors this past season.

247Sports ranked Waters as the #81 overall player in the Transfer Portal this offseason, and the #6 Running Back.
