DJ Burns will Serve as the Alpha Wolf Starter Tomorrow Night!

NC State Men’s Basketball Legend DJ Burns will serve as the Alpha Wolf Starter tomorrow night in the Wolfpack’s Football Season Opener against Western Carolina.

If you’re not familiar with what the Alpha Wolf Starter does, they come out before the team takes the field with a microphone in hand, for the sole purpose of hyping up the crowd.

If you remember, Burns already did something similar for the Carolina Hurricanes.

Wolfpack fans will be hype to have DJ get things started for the 2024 Football season. He most recently led NC State to their first Men’s Basketball ACC Title since 1987, and their first Final Four appearance since 1983.
