NC State’s Kevin Concepcion Named Week 1 ACC Receiver of the Week

NC State Sophomore Wide Receiver Kevin Concepcion was named the Week 1 ACC Receiver of the week for his performance against Western Carolina last Thursday night.

Concepcion hauled in three receiving touchdowns in the Wolfpack’s season-opening win over Western Carolina. The three touchdowns tied the NC State sophomore single-game record and are the second-most throughout FBS football in Week 1. Concepcion recorded 121 receiving yards on a career-high nine receptions, while also adding a 20-yard punt return. He leads the ACC and ranks third nationally in scoring with 18 points. (ACC)
