WATCH: Justin Joly’s Highlights from NC State’s Win Over WCU

Last Thursday night against Western Carolina, Junior Justin Joly had one of the best performances by a Tight End at NC State in years. He had 5 receptions for 75 yards, which should have been 6 receptions for 118 yards and a touchdown, had a Wolfpack Offensive Lineman not been flagged as an ineligible receiver downfield.
