4-Star SG RJ Greer Signs with NC State

4-Star 2025 Shooting Guard RJ Greer (6’4″/170) signed his National Letter of Intent to play basketball for NC State yesterday.

247Sports and Rivals both rank Greer as a 4-Star prospect, with the former ranking him as the #108 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class, the #19 Shooting Guard and the #2 player in the state of Ohio.

Greer verbally committed to NC State on June 16th. He chose to Run with the Wolfpack over a Top-4 that included NC State, Penn State, Cincinnati and the NBL.

Greer held offers from the above schools, as well as Xavier, Pittsburgh, UCF, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska and Dayton.

He plays for Archbishop Alter in Dayton, Ohio.
