4-Star C Isaac Sowells Jr. Signs his NLI to Play at NC State

Today is National Signing Day for the 2025 Football Recruiting Class.

4-Star Center Isaac Sowells Jr. (6’2″/295) has signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at NC State.

He plays for Louisville Male High School in Louisville, Kentucky.

Sowells Jr. verbally committed to run with the Wolfpack on July 18th.

His Final 3 included Kentucky and South Carolina. Sowells Jr. also held offers from Louisville, Miami, West Virginia, Penn State, UVA, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Wisconsin, Duke, Indiana, Vanderbilt and others.

ON3 ranks Sowells Jr. as the #280 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class, and the #2 player in the state of Kentucky. ESPN ranks him as the #4 Center in the 2025 class.

Sowells Jr. has been selected to play in the Navy All-American Bowl.
