4-Star WR Jerel Bolder Signs his NLI with NC State

Today is National Signing Day for the 2025 Football Recruiting Class.

4-Star Wide Receiver Jerel Bolder (6’0″/200) has signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at NC State.

Bolder verbally committed to run with the Wolfpack back on June 23rd after taking an Official Visit. He also took Official Visits to Georgia and Virginia. Duke and Ole Miss were also in his Top-5. Bolder also held offers from South Carolina, UNC, Michigan, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Arizona St., Indiana, Wake Forest, Louisville, and others.

Bolder is a consensus 4-Star prospect out of Forest Hills High School in Marshville, North Carolina. ON3 ranks him as the #217 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class. 247Sports ranks him as the #6 player in the state of North Carolina, and the #12 Wide Receiver nationally. Bolder is the highest ranked player in the Wolfpack’s 2025 recruiting class.

NC State was in early with Bolder, offering him a scholarship on June 5, 2022.

Bolder has 78 receptions for 1,318 yards and 9 touchdowns this season, and his squad is still playing in the North Carolina State 2A Playoffs
