11 of NC State’s 16 2025 Football Signees will Enroll in January

Wednesday was the early National Signing Day, and NC State had 16 football players (TE Preston Douglas is signing today) sign their National Letter of Intent to run with the Wolfpack.

11 of the 16 will be enrolling early in January.

I always feel like the True Freshman that enroll early have an advantage over the rest of the players in the class, because they ultimately have a half-a-year head start. That time allows them to get in the Strength and Conditioning program with Thunder Dan. It allows them to go through Spring Practice. It allows them to learn and adapt to the culture of NC State football. It allows them to get used to their surroundings. It allows them to become a college student for a semester, so that they already know what that’s like when the season rolls around.
