NC State Offers 2025 Cornerback Cedric Cisse, the Younger Brother of Brandon Cisse

NC State has offered 2025 Cornerback Cedric Cisse (6’0″/170), the younger brother of Wolfpack starting Cornerback Brandon Cisse.

Prior to picking up an offer from NC State today, Cisse’s only offer was from Limestone University. He is an unranked player, with no stars attached to his name, but his numbers and measurable are solid.

In his Senior season at Lakewood (Sumter, SC), Cisse had 44 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 4 interceptions and 6 pass breakups. He runs a 4.5 40-yard dash, and has a 39 inch vertical.

It’s special that Cedric was offered by NC State, on the same day that Brandon re-signed with Savage Wolves to return in 2025 as a member of the Wolfpack.
