2025 Cornerback Cedric Cisse Commits & Signs with NC State

After picking up an offer from NC State, 2025 Cornerback Cedric Cisse (6’0″/170) has confirmed with me that he has committed to run with the Wolfpack, and has signed his National Letter of Intent. Cedric is the younger brother of Brandon Cisse, who is a starting Cornerback for NC State.

Prior to picking up an offer from NC State, Cisse’s only offer was from Limestone University. He is an unranked player, with no stars attached to his name, but his numbers and measurable are solid.

In his Senior season at Lakewood (Sumter, SC), Cisse had 44 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 4 interceptions and 6 pass breakups. He runs a 4.5 40-yard dash, and has a 39 inch vertical.

It’s special that Cedric was offered by NC State on the same day that Brandon re-signed with Savage Wolves to return in 2025 as a member of the Wolfpack.

NC State now has 21 commitments in their 2025 football recruiting class.
