This was Vinesett’s first year as the Wolfpack’s starting Place Kicker. He kicked 18 of his 23 field goal attempts through the goal posts. Vinesett’s longest field goal of the season was a 52-yarder against Louisiana Tech. He was 100% in PAT’s, making 31 of 31.

Vinesett was 6 of 6 from 20-29 yards, 8 of 9 from 30-39 yards, 3 of 6 from 40-49 yards and 1 of 2 from 50-59 yards.

He beat out Redshirt Senior Collin Smith for the starting job coming out of the Spring Game, and held on to the spot all year long.

Vinesett was a walk-on for his first two seasons in Raleigh, but earned a scholarship after winning the starting job after the Spring Game.

Vinesett is the 18th player to re-sign with Savage Wolves.
