NC State P Caden Noonkester Re-Signs With Savage Wolves for 2025

Punter Caden Noonkester just announced that he has re-signed with Savage Wolves, NC State’s Football NIL Branch (as a part of 1Pack), which means he will be returning in 2025. He has 1 year of eligibility remaining.

Noonkester is a former walk-on that earned the starting job at the end of the 2022 season, starting the final 4 regular season games, as well as the bowl game against Maryland.

He has served as the Wolfpack’s starting Punter for the past two seasons. Noonkester’s career punting average is 43.0 yards, which ranks 3rd in NC State history. This year, he is averaging 43.8 yards per punt, which is a career high, ranking 8th in school history for a single season.

With Kanoah Vinesett re-signing, NC State will be bringing back their Place Kicker and their Punter in 2025.

Noonkester is the 24th player to re-sign with Savage Wolves.
