NC State Women’s Basketball Moves Up 3 Spots in the NET Rankings After Demolishing Boston College

After going 1-0 last week, defeating Boston College 91-52 in Reynolds on Sunday, NC State’s Women’s Basketball team (11-3) is sitting at #22 in the NET Rankings, moving up 3 spots. The win over the Eagles was a Quad 3 win.

NC State was ranked 30th in the initial NET Rankings.

The Wolfpack is now 2-3 in Quad 1 games, 2-0 in Quad 2 games, 1-0 in Quad 3 games, and 6-0 in Quad 4 games.

NC State is currently ranked 4th in the ACC in the NET Rankings.

NC State will play at California (#32 in the NET) on Thursday in a Quad 1 game on Thursday, and against Clemson (#45 in the NET) in a Quad 2 game on Sunday at home.

Using the quadrant system, quality of wins and losses will be organized based on game location and the opponent’s NET ranking.
Quadrant 1: Home 1-30, Neutral 1-50, Away 1-75
Quadrant 2: Home 31-75, Neutral 51-100, Away 76-135
Quadrant 3: Home 76-160, Neutral 101-200, Away 135-240
Quadrant 4: Home 161-353, Neutral 201-353, Away 241-353
