3-Star 2025 LB Ke’Von Carter Flips His Commitment From Texas State to NC State

3-Star 2025 LB Ke’Von Carter (6’2″/205) has flipped his commitment from Texas State to NC State.

After careful consideration I have decided to flip my commitment to NC State‼️ Respect my decision🙏🏾 pic.twitter.com/3xmENSHGdG

Carter verbally committed to the Bobcats on June 17th.

He finished his Senior season at Karen Wagner High School (San Antonio, Texas) with 63 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 10 QB Hurries, 2 sacks and 3 pass breakups.

Carter also held offers from Houston, Washington St. and others.
