CJ Bailey Ranked as One of College Football’s Top-25 Quarterbacks for 2025 by ON3

ON3 is looking ahead to the 2025 football season by ranking the top 25 quarterbacks in college football for the upcoming fall. NC State’s CJ Bailey, who will be a true sophomore next season, is ranked 15th.

14. Diego Pavia, Vanderbilt
15. CJ Bailey, NC State
16. Darian Mensah, Duke
17. Behren Morton, Texas Tech
18. Sawyer Robertson, Baylor

Bailey is one of six quarterbacks on the list who were true freshmen in 2024. His passing efficiency rating this fall was second only to Darian Mensah, who has transferred from Tulane to Duke. The other quarterbacks in the top-25 who will be true sophomores in 2025 are Lagway, Holstein, Raiola, and Sayin.
