NC State Head Coach Wes Moore has been named the 2025 ACC Women’s Coach of the Year, earning the honor for the fourth time.

Moore led the Wolfpack to the 2024-25 ACC Regular Season Championship, the second such title in the past four years. Prior to the 2022 season, NC State hadn’t won the ACC regular season since 1989-90.

The Wolfpack won 16 ACC games this year (16-2), which is tied for the second-most in program history. Moore also won the ACC Coach of the Year Award in 2017, 2021 (Coaches), and 2022.

Moore has won 855 games, which ranks him second among active Division-1 Women’s Basketball Coaches and 16th all-time in the history of Women’s Basketball, regardless of division
