NC State has reached out to JUCO forward Antonio Chol (6’9″/210).

After spending his first two seasons at Rutgers, Chol exploded this season at Garden City Community College, averaging 19.5 points and 7.6 rebounds, shooting 47.3% from the field, and an impressive 39.7% from three, making 89 three-pointers this year.

Chol only played in four games during his freshman season at Rutgers due to injury and was granted a medical redshirt. In the 2023-24 season, he only played in seven games for the Scarlet Knights.

I’m fully aware that NC State fans want Will Wade to go after blue-chip prospects with big names, former 5-star recruits from big-name schools, but this kid’s tape is insane. Chol is a unicorn. He’s 6’9″ and plays like a guard.

I know Chol was playing against junior college competition this season, but I’ve seen enough. This kid has game-changing talent.

Chol has 2 years of eligibility remaining.
