Tracey spent the past two years at Oregon, where he started 38 of the 71 games, averaging 7.2 points and 3 rebounds, while shooting 44.3% from the field and 35% from three.

He started his career at St. Joseph’s, where he played in 20 games as a Freshman. After 2 games in 2021-22, Tracey transferred to Florida Southwestern in the Junior College Ranks. In 2022-23, he averaged 14.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists while shooting 44.6% from the field and 43.3% from three, earning NJCAA All- American Honorable Mention.
