ESPN’s Joe Lunardi released his Way-Too-Early 2026 NCAA Tournament Bracketology projections yesterday, and he is predicting NC State to earn an invitation to the Big Dance in Will Wade’s first year as the Wolfpack’s head coach.
Lunardi has NC State as one of the Last Teams In as an #11 seed, playing #11 seed Ole Miss in a First Four matchup.
Lunardi doesn’t project the ACC to improve too much next year, projecting the conference to produce only one additional NCAA Tournament team compared to this year.
