Mwenentanda spent her first three seasons with the Longhorns. She started in 15 of the 38 games she played in last year for Texas, averaging 5.5 points and 2.9 rebounds in 17.0 minutes per game, shooting 45.6% from the field.
She has one year of eligibility remaining.
