5-Star Wing Quaden Samuels Visited NC State Today

5-Star 2026 Wing Quaden Samuels (6’5″/205) took an unofficial visit to NC State today.

NC State hosted 2026’s No. 15 overall recruit Qayden Samuels for an unofficial visit today, source told @On3Recruits.

The 6-foot-5 wing led the NBPA Top-100 Camp in both points (26.4) and rebounds (9.8) last week.

ESPN ranks Samuels as the No. 10 overall player nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, the No. 4 small forward, and the No. 1 player in the state of Maryland.

While 247Sports and ESPN list him as a small forward, Rivals and ON3 categorize him as a shooting guard.

247Sports ranks him as the No. 18 overall player nationally, while Rivals has him at No. 21.

Samuels holds offers from Georgetown, Villanova, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Illinois, VCU, Florida State, UNC, Texas, Syracuse, Michigan, Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, West Virginia, UConn, Tennessee, and others.

Samuels’ older sister, Quadence Samuels, transferred from UConn to play basketball for Wes Moore next season.
