NC State has offered 2026 5-Star Power Forward Miikka Muurinen (6’10″/200).

NC State has offered AZ Compass Prep 5⭐️ PF Miikka Muurinen, https://t.co/bvSB98gPM2 has learned.

The 6-foot-10, 200-pound prospect is the No. 8 recruit (No. 1 PF) in the 2026 cycle.

Rivals ranks Muurinen as the #6 overall player nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, ESPN ranks him as the #2 Power Forward and ESPN ranks him as the #1 Center nationally and the #1 player in the state of Arizona.

Muurinen also holds offers from Arkansas, Michigan, Utah, Ohio St., Creighton, UCLA, Texas Tech, Alabama, Duke, Kentucky, BYU, Texas, UCONN, Kansas, Iowa, Arizona St., St. John’s, UNC and others.

The Finnish standout plays for Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona.
