ESPN updated their 2025 FPI Preseason Rankings, and NC State is ranked 58th, with a projection to finish the regular season 6-6. ESPN’s formula gives the Wolfpack a 65% chance to win 6 or more games this season.
NC State sits at 10th in the ACC in the Preseason FPI rankings, which is where the ACC Media picked them to finish in the Official Preseason Media Poll.
