4-Star Forwards Gavin & Gallagher Placide Have Moved Up Their Official Visits To NC State

4-Star 2026 Forwards Gavin and Gallagher Placide have moved up their Official Visits to NC State to this upcoming weekend, beginning on August 22nd.

Originally, they were scheduled to make their way to Raleigh on September 19th, which would have been their 5th Official Visit. Now the Wolfpack will be the first to host Gavin and Gallagher for Official Visits.

They are also taking Official Visits to LSU (8/29), Wake Forest (9/2), Mississippi St. (9/9) and FSU (9/12).

Rivals ranks Gavin (6’10″/225) as the #34 overall player nationally, the #7 Power Forward and the #2 player in the state of Texas. They also rank Gallagher (6’9″/215) as the #67 overall player nationally, the #12 Power Forward and the #7 player in Texas.

The Placide twins will be playing for Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy in Dallas Texas next year.
