NC State Places 2 on PFF’s Preseason All-ACC Teams

PFF released their 2025 Preseason All-ACC Teams, and NC State had two offensive players represented: Senior Tight End Justin Joly and Redshirt Junior Left Tackle Jacarrius Peak.

Joly transferred to NC State last offseason after spending his first two seasons at UCONN. In 2024, he caught 43 passes for 661 yards and 4 touchdowns. He led the Wolfpack in receiving yards and ranked 2nd in both receptions and touchdown receptions. His PFF grade was 70.5, which ranked 7th on the Wolfpack offense.

Joly had the 2nd-most receiving yards among tight ends in the ACC last season.

In his first year as a full-time starter, Peak was the 2nd highest graded player on NC State’s offense last season (78.7), according to PFF. He ranked 31st on Bruce Feldman’s 2025 Annual Freak List. Peak ranked 2nd on the Wolfpack Offensive Line in 2024 in Pancake Blocks, putting 54 defenders on their backs. Last season, he started every game at Right Tackle, and he’s moved over to Left Tackle with Anthony Belton being drafted by the Green Bay Packers.
