Will Wade will Serve as NC State Football’s Alpha Wolf Starter in Season Opener vs. ECU

NC State Men’s Basketball Head Coach Will Wade will serve as the Alpha Wolf Starter tonight in the Wolfpack’s Football Season Opener against East Carolina.

If you’re not familiar with what the Alpha Wolf Starter does, they come out before the team takes the field with a microphone in hand, for the sole purpose of hyping up the crowd.

Last year, former Power Forward DJ Burns served as NC State’s season opening Alpha Wolf Starter when the Wolfpack defeated Western Carolina 38-21.

Last season Bradley Chubb, Nyheim Hines, Emeka Emezie, Aziaha James & Saniya Rivers, Ben Middlebrooks, Jayden Taylor and Ben Middlebrooks served as Alpha Wolf Starters.

Tonight’s game will kickoff at 7pm on ACC Network.
