NC State’s Depth Chart Against Wake Forest in Week 3 (with notes)

NC State has released the Depth Chart for their Week 3 matchup against Wake Forest this Thursday at 7:30pm. The Depth Chart is below, with notes underneath.

Notes

• Redshirt Sophomore Darion Rivers and Redshirt Sophomore Rico Jackson have switched spots on the 2nd team defense.
  • Rivers is now the backup Right Tackle, and Jackson is the backup Left Tackle.
• Redshirt Sophomore Kamen Smith was listed as the starting Right Guard last week, but Redshirt Senior Yousef Mugharbil got the start, and is listed as the starter heading into the Virginia game.
  • Smith is now the backup at Left Guard.
  • Redshirt Freshman Trent Mitchell was the backup Left Guard last week.
    • He is not on the Depth Chart this week.
• Redshirt Junior Joseph Adedire is listed as the 3rd String Defensive End this week.
  • He wasn’t on the Depth Chart last week.
  • Adedire transferred in from Texas Tech this offseason.
• Freshman LaCorian Hodge is the 2nd string backup Mike Linebacker.
  • He wasn’t on the Depth Chart last week.
• Junior AJ Richardson was listed as the backup at both Mike Linebacker and Will Linebacker.
  • This week he is only listed as the backup at Will.
• Redshirt Freshman Nick Koniecznski was listed as the starting Place Kicker last week, with an ‘Or’ in between his name and Redshirt Junior Kanoah Vinesett, but the latter kicked all 7 of NC State’s extra points against UVA.
  • Koniecznski is still listed as the starter, and the ‘Or’ is still present.
