4-Star Center Trevon Carter-Givens Commits to NC State!

4-Star Center Trevon Carter-Givens (6’10″/190) verbally committed to NC State yesterday afternoon, giving Will Wade his first commitment from the 2026 recruiting class.

Carter-Givens chose to run with the Wolfpack over San Diego St. and Southern Cal.

He took an Official Visit to NC State this past weekend, and it seems like that sealed the deal.

NC State offered Carter-Givens back on July 17th. He also held offers from San Diego St., Southern Cal, Washington, New Mexico, TCU, Creighton, Seton Hall, FSU and others.

Carter-Givens is rated as a 4-star prospect by Rivals and 247Sports, with the former ranking him as the #108 overall player nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, the #16 Center and the #12 player in the state of California.

He plays for SoCal Academy in Castaic, California.
