Phil Steele released his annual preseason All-ACC teams on Monday, and five Wolfpack players made the cut.

2nd Team

RB – Shadrach Thornton – Last season as a Junior, Thornton rushed for 907 yards (5.5 avg) and 9 touchdowns. He ranked 7th in the ACC in both of these categories.

OL – Joe Thuney

3rd Team

TE – David Grinnage – Last season as a Sophomore, Grinnage ranked 6th amongst ACC tight ends in receptions (27) and receiving yards (358), and 5th in touchdown receptions (5).

4th Team

CB – Jake Tocho – Last season as a Sophomore, Tocho ranked 7th in the ACC in passes defended (11).

LB – Jerod Fernandez – Last season as a Freshman, Fernandez ranked 20th in the ACC in tackles (78).
