Jay Bilas seems to be on board with Blue Ribbons Top 25 list that was just released. Why should you care? Well, probably because it’s the first Top 25 we’ve seen that has NC State ranked. Coming in at #23, The Wolfpack join Duke, UNC, Louisville and Florida State as the other ACC schools on the list.
