Rawle Alkins is a consensus 5-star prospect in the 2016 class, and tonight the coveted shooting guard revealed his Top-10 teams in no particular order, and NC State was on the list.
Jernigan is ranked as the #64 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class by ESPN, and the #1 player in the state of North Carolina.
She chose NC State over a Final 3 that included Michigan and Kentucky.
Last season at Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC), Jernigan averaged 19 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game, while shooting 46% from the field.
Jernigan is NC State’s first verbal commitment in their 2025 recruiting class.
Andrews took an Official Visit to Missouri last week, and he has one scheduled with Arkansas in the middle of October, one with LSU the second week of November and one with Marquette beginning on January 31st of next year.
NC State offered Andrews back on June 15th.
ESPN ranks Andrews as the #15 overall player nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, the #4 Small Forward and the #1 player in the state of Arkansas.
