Even prior to NC State’s loss to Clemson, the Wolfpack’s upcoming matchup against Syracuse this Saturday at 7pm on ESPN2 was projected to be a tossup. With the 41-7 loss in the back of Vegas’ mind, the Wolfpack opens as a 1-point underdog against the Orangemen.
