NC State slipped one spot to #28 in the Week 14 AP Poll after defeating UNC 34-28 in overtime in Chapel Hill.

Week 6: 23rd
Week 7: 20th
Week 8: 16th
Week 9: 22nd
Week 11: 22nd

The Wolfpack finished the 2017 season ranked 23rd in the AP Poll after going 9-4, and began the 2018 season ranked 32nd in the Preseason Poll.
