NC State Wide Receiver Thayer Thomas is doing a fine job at his Bo Jackson/Deion Sanders impression, playing both football and baseball this year as a Freshman.

On Saturday, Thomas hit his first collegiate home run, with a 400+ foot smash over the center field wall.

Check it out at the 1:00 mark in the video above.

Thomas has seen action in 8 games, starting in 4. He is batting .286, but boasts a gaudy .643 slugging percentage, with three of his four hits going for extra bases. Thomas has been perfect in the outfield, with a 1.000 fielding percentage.
