NC State Offers 4-Star Center Ebenezer Dowuona

Published

on

NC State offered 2020 4-Star Center Ebenezer Dowuona (6’10″/220) earlier this week.

ESPN ranks Dowuona as a 4-Star prospect, while 247Sports and Rivals both give him 3 stars. ESPN ranks him as the #7 overall player in the state of Georgia. Rivals and ESPN rank him as the #28 Center in the 2020 class.

Dowuona plays for Heritage school in Newman, Georgia, and is looking to commit to a school in November or December. He plans on taking official visits to Pitt, Georgia Tech and South Florida this month. He doesn’t have any plans of cutting his list before he announces his decision, to keep his options open. Cincinnati, like the Wolfpack, are making a recent effort.

Rivals: “Stars Aligning for NC State to Land Hall & Moore”

Published

on

Corey Evans, National Basketball Analyst over at Rivals.com, believes that the stars are aligning for NC State to land Moravian Prep teammates 5-Star Forward Josh Hall and 3-Star Guard Shakeel Moore.

Keep an eye on Josh Hall, because the five-star could be nearing his commitment. Alabama, DePaul and Louisville remain involved, but NC State has the greatest chance of landing Hall. The Wolfpack have invested a whole lot into his recruitment but, if there is one program to keep an eye on it is DePaul, which was the final program to host him for an official visit two weeks ago.

5-Star F Josh Hall to Make Decision in Next 2 Weeks

Published

on

The recruiting experts of the world think 5-Star Forward Josh Hall (6’9″/190) is currently an NC State lean, and news broke today that he will make his college decision in the next two weeks, instead of waiting until the Spring, which was the original plan.

In a best case scenario, Hall chooses not to take any more visits, and verbally commits to NC State.

It would seem that after his two Official Visits, Hall is leaning toward the Wolfpack (this past weekend) over Louisville (1st weekend of September). I could be wrong, but it would be hard for me to believe that DePaul would sway him, but Will Wade (LSU) and Jeff Capel (Pitt) could be persuasive.

Rivals ranks Hall as the #25 player overall nationally in the 2020 recruiting class, and 247Sports ranks him as the #2 player in the state of North Carolina. Hall plays for Moravian Academy in Hickory.

NC State Looking like the Leader for 5-Star F Josh Hall

Published

on

5-Star Forward Josh Hall (6’9″/190) took an Official Visit to NC State this past weekend, and it looks like the recruiting experts at Rivals and 247Sports believe that the Wolfpack have taken the edge in his recruitment.

3 FutureCast votes have been submitted over at Rivals, with all of them pointing towards Hall running with the Pack.

All three of these guys have an accuracy rate above 85%.

At 247Sports, all 3 Crystal Ball Predictions are in the Pack’s favor.

Meyers and Evans are two of the biggest names in the recruiting world.

The only other Official Visit that Hall has taken was to Louisville the first week of September. Hall had plans to make his commitment in the Spring, but with all of the buzz this week, you have to wonder if Keatts and 4-Star NC State Point Guard commit Cam Hayes convinced him otherwise.

Rivals ranks Hall as the #25 player overall nationally in the 2020 recruiting class, and 247Sports ranks him as the #2 player in the state of North Carolina.
